About Us

Poteet Realty Group was established in 2017 by Steve Poteet in Brentwood, Tennessee. Our mission is to work with individuals, companies, and organizations interested in investing in real estate assets. The firm’s first clients originated from 5 different states to invest in properties primarily located in Middle Tennessee. Whether your real estate investment portfolio is big, small, or nonexistent, our goal is twofold: to help you build wealth and maintain your property’s value.

 

Over the years we have expanded, with the decision in 2022 to create a division devoted to the management of Homeowner Associations (HOAs). To better reflect the services we provide, we recently decided to rebrand Poteet Realty Group to MainStar Realty and Management. The firm continues to provide property management, HOA management, and real estate brokerage to clients located throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.
